Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and Manage Ad Campaigns:
    • Develop, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Shopify, and Reddit.
    • Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
  • Audience Management and Retargeting:
    • Set up and maintain tracking mechanisms for audiences, including implementation through Google Tag Manager.
    • Develop and manage retargeting strategies to re-engage users.
  • Collaboration with Design Team:
    • Work closely with the design team to request and approve creative assets for digital campaigns.
    • Ensure that ad creatives align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
  • Tracking and Analytics Implementation:
    • Implement and manage tracking tags through Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data collection.
    • Continuously optimize tracking setups to capture relevant metrics for campaign evaluation.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting:
    • Analyze campaign data and KPIs to measure the success of campaigns.
    • Prepare detailed reports and insights for the founders on campaign performance, ROI, and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in managing digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Shopify, and Reddit.
    • Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and tracking tools.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Shopify's marketing features.
    • Experience in implementing and managing tracking tags using Google Tag Manager.
  • Creative Collaboration:
    • Ability to work with designers to create compelling ad creatives that drive engagement.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
  • Communication:
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively report findings and collaborate with the team.
  • Education:
    • A degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred, but not required with sufficient experience.
