9. Prohibition of Copycat Behavior

ConvertMate values originality and respects the intellectual property rights of all its clients. This includes, but is not limited to, product descriptions, page layouts, and marketing materials.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the services provided to any user or store found to be engaging in such copycat behavior. ConvertMate also reserves the right to take any necessary legal actions to protect its intellectual property and the rights of its clients. Refund policy

At ConvertMate, we are committed to providing high-quality SEO optimization services to enhance the performance of your eCommerce store. Due to the nature of our services, we offer a refund policy with the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility: You are eligible for a refund if you have not yet approved any SEO changes proposed by ConvertMate. If you are not satisfied with the initial recommendations or service before any changes are implemented, you may request a refund.

No Refunds After Approval: Once you approve and implement at least one SEO change proposed by ConvertMate, the service is considered delivered, and no refunds will be issued. This policy is in place because the SEO optimization work has been completed and cannot be undone.

Cancellation During Free Trial Period: ConvertMate offers a 7-day free trial for new customers to experience our service. To be eligible for a full refund, you must cancel your service within this trial period. If you do not cancel by the end of the 7-day trial period, plus a 1-day grace period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
