9. Prohibition of Copycat Behavior

This includes, but is not limited to, product descriptions, page layouts, and marketing materials.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the services provided to any user or store found to be engaging in such copycat behavior. ConvertMate also reserves the right to take any necessary legal actions to protect its intellectual property and the rights of its clients.
